Content Automation Strategy

The process to create, manage, publish and deliver a content is so cumbersome and challenging for an organization. A poorly organized content strategy is almost the same as having no strategy at all. A careful automation strategy necessitates the indexing of contents for search engines. Following four steps strategy will help international companies to help streamline their content processes. Most of the industries such as energy, finance, government, and manufacturing etc. are implementing such strategy to reduce costs and time.
Create. The authors of content automation can create smart contents by creating reusable content components instead of creating documents. The smart contents are the basis for content automation. The authors can create and reuse content components, images, tables, charts, data and video and tag contents manually and automatically.
Manage. The authors of the content can cut days or weeks from content processes and they can instantly preview how their content will look in its final published form as a pdf, HTML, or even in a shape of the mobile app. The status-based workflow enables efficient routing of content for review and approval. As the content component updated, the updated content must be reviewed and approved only once.
Publish. The authors can reduce the publishing timeline of a content from weeks to seconds. The publishing templates allow the organizations to dramatically cut down the number of documents they need to manage. The content components are assembled automatically for the right audience and right media; including text designing, table assembly, the creation of dynamic charts, insertion of required legal text, depending on the output. The content automation helps the author to optimize the print and static pdf files in such a responsive format which is suitable for the latest digital devices.
Deliver. Deliver the right content to the right person at the right place and the right time through a range of delivery systems which are essential to a fully streamlined content life-cycle such as publishing a pdf file content to your enterprise content management system, XML to a Web Content Management System, or HTML to apps accessed by customers using latest mobile devices.
